We were found by the most amazing guy late yesterday evening who turned out to be a mechanic so the car was receiving attention at 10pm last night. We need a new camshaft position sensor! Hopefully he'll get one this morning and get us on the road again.
We were all totally overwhelmed by the generosity of this guy and his family (and we met all of them) who fed and watered us before getting us to a local hotel at midnight. Our faith in humanity is well and truly restored. Truly humbled. AMAZING!
Fingers crossed we get moving later today.
